With over 16 years in sales training, business development, and overseas experience, Leon Kaye is a thought leader and expert on making the business case for sustainability. After living and working in South Korea, Mr. Kaye moved back to his native California, where he led IT and sales training projects, sold business services to large corporations, and consulted companies on creating more sustainable business solutions. He has a presence in both Silicon Valley (San Jose) and San Joaquin Valley's Fresno. A graduate of Fresno State, he also has an MBA from USC's Marshall School of Business, and also completed a Master's degree at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC).
Organizations with which Mr. Kaye has worked include:
- Aliance Middle East

Mr. Kaye has traveled to 60 countries, mostly for business, and of course for his number one passion, travel. He has a keen interest in the Middle East, South America, Eastern Europe, and Southeast Asia.
His personal inspiration is his maternal grandmother, Ovsanna, who lost her family during the 1915 Armenian Genocide; after years in Lebanon and Cuba, she moved to the USA in the 1930s and eventually to Fresno, California, where her grandson attended university. He's a loyal subscriber to The Atlantic Monthly, The Economist, and Foreign Policy magazines, which he reads voraciously. When he still has some free time, he enjoys hiking, gardening, cooking, and weightlifting--and he is also a loyal fan of the Oakland A’s.
