Water Rationing in LA

Hey Angelinos, in case you’ve been asleep, we have mandatory rationing.  As of June 1st, LADWP permits watering on Mondays and Thursdays only.  They announced this with much fanfare last week . . . and none of the related links worked on their site.  But they’re up now, and if you think you can slide by and water in the mid-afternoon, you may be feeling a little too smug.  Yes, we’re in an unwieldy city of 4 million people, but if someone trolling in my neighborhood can find out my dog wasn’t correctly licenced, someone can figure out that you’re watering your papyrus plants more than 2x a week.
