Twitter Can Build Your Company’s or Personal Brand: An Intro

Even in Silicon Valley, I meet many professionals who still don’t “get” Twitter. And that is easy to understand. With the constant information in which we live, it can be hard to cram in great information in 140 characters or less.
But for me, Twitter has become my social media M.O. With no disrespect towards LinkedIn or Facebook, Twitter is how I promote my ideas, thought leadership, and network with professionals. It is my news feed, way I find creative inspiration, and medium by which I communicate with other like minded professionals. Twitter is not about what Paris Hilton ate for lunch, but it could be a way to reach that potential colleague in Paris. As with any tool, the trick is in harnessing it and make it work for you, not have it work you over.
To that end, if you are in the Silicon Valley area, I am pleased to stop by at a time that works out for both of us so I can show you how Twitter can be a tool, not a time suck. For more information on developing a Twitter strategy, feel free to reach out via our general mail address here.
