For a city that has a reputation for being full of healthful choices, this LA stereotype, like many, is not quite accurate. Burritos the size of your arm are everywhere; I think the pastrami hamburger is the regional dish; steakhouses are abundant; and dare I say there are many excellent ice cream shops!
