Montenegro’s government has had its
challenges in the past, and new PM Igor Luksic has his work cut out for him. Let’s see if he and his coalition will really offer the “
straight talk” that Montenegrins deserve. Once the Twitter handle is running, the government tweeter will use the hash tag #Montenegro.
