When it rains, it pours, and so did the renovations that took the
Fig Garden Project by storm. The once filthy condominium in Fresno is now looking less like a meth lab and
more like a home. I thought it would be fun to show the changes that has occurred since I
bought the place in July, chock full of junk and slathered in
manky carpet. Much work still needs to be done, but the
kitchen cabinet stripping is done and the dogs (Cosmo and Whiskey) and I no longer feel as if we are camping. Now we can enjoy the lovely San Joaquin autumn a little more since I’m less distracted.
Bamboo flooring, cork tiles, salvaged ceramic tiles and
LED lights are among the changes I have made. When I have more time I will do an before-during-after slide show to really show the difference.
